WE DO THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
Employees who perform work in other European countries are required to have the necessary package of documents.
A1 Certificate
A document that confirms the social protection of the employee, and is also one of the main documents for a seconded worker. Very often, such a document is forged, thereby exposing the client company, as well as your company, to the risk of large fines. With an invalid document, the employee does not have the right to perform work outside of Poland, as well as to have medical care in the host country. Such a document can be checked for authenticity in the ZUS database, our company only works with original A1 documents and can authenticate any issued document.
Document (Limosa) for Belgium or analogues in other countries
An electronic document that every worker needs to have. Contains information about companies, employee, place of work, period of work and other data. It is a mandatory document.
EHIC/EKUZ card
European Health Insurance Card. It serves as another confirmation of the legality of the seconded worker. The EKUZ card is issued by the NFZ government agency in the presence of a legal A1 document. It also confirms the payment of all social fees and taxes for the worker in Poland and allows you to receive 100% compensation for any medical care of the worker in the medical institutions of the host country.
